By downloading and using the Mika Namine (Miko) UTAU voicebank, you agree to follow the rules outlined below. These guidelines protect the character and ensure a safe community environment.

Transparency Note: Mika Namine's voice base was created using the Miyu model on Luvvoice AI. It has been manually adapted, edited, and configured to function as an UTAU virtual singer.

🟢 What You CAN Do (Allowed)

• Use Mika for non-commercial music, covers, original songs, and videos.
• Create fanart, fan-fiction, and non-commercial derivative designs of Mika(and jerald too!).
• Incorporate her into horror, dark, or emotional thematic songs (gothic/creepy covers are okay).
• Share your finished song renders publicly on YouTube, SoundCloud, NicoNico, etc.

🔴 What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited)

• No Commercial Use: You may not sell songs featuring Mika, put her music on paid streaming platforms (like Spotify/Apple Music), or sell physical merchandise without direct permission.
• No Re-hosting/Re-uploading: Do not upload her voicebank files to other websites. Always link back to this official Neocities hub.
• No Harmful Content: Do not use Mika for political, religious, hate speech, or highly offensive/illegal media.
• No Claiming Ownership: Do not claim authorship of the voicebank, the character concept, or the official artwork.
